The process consisted of the following steps:
1. HR discussion - general discussion, walk through experience and CV, short presentation of the company
2. Tech discussion - discussion specific to the role and responsibilities
3. Discussion with CEO - general discussion. Overview on the company and what they want to achieve on a short and mid term. Clear specification of what is needed from the role.
