I submitted an application online and then completed a phone screen and a small prospecting assignment before coming onsite. The first round of onsite interviews consisted of conversations with three different members of the sales team, and the second round was with the VP of Sales. Everyone I spoke with was super friendly, smart and driven to succeed! Really got the sense that Everwise is both a fast moving org and a cohesive team.

Very thorough process. Applied online and entire process took about two weeks. Had the initial phone screen with the recruiter which had the typical questions you can think of (background, why Everwise, why sales, etc.). Then spoke to VP of Sales over phone who went a little more in depth in the questioning, but still similar to what the recruiter had asked. Called in for an onsite, spoke with 4 individuals including VP of Sales. Received another phone call from VP of Sales then came in one last time for a very short onsite. People seemed really nice and the office was in a great location (downtown SF and near bart and restaurants). The product really interested me and it would have been cool to work there, but that's just the way things go.
