I received an email from the recruiter and scheduled an interview via the online portal for the next day. The recruiter was very nice and timely for the interview. Unfortunately, the recruiter did not have accurate information about the pay structure and stated that the position mentioned in the email had already been filled. She did not have any openings at the time of the interview.

Interview process went well. When it came time to offer for position, because I didn’t have experience in the industry (aka cemetery or funeral sales),which was never mentioned, I was then offered a sales counselor position at 1/2 the pay and told the sales manager position would be held for me after 3 months of training. Which is fine, but the job description never mentioned it, and after I turned down position, job description was then updated to say cemetery experience “preferred”. Watch out!!! May be a bait and switch.
