I was chosen for a phone screen. Like most other comments, the interviewer shut the camera on their end, but I had to keep mine on. I was asked three standard interview questions. They had nothing to do with Salesforce. After the questions, I had to listen to the interviewer read an awful prompt about the company. Cringeworthy. If I don't get this job, I will not shed any tears regarding this missed opportunity. When you as a company have to shove your "workplace culture" down interviewees' throats, it is not a pleasant experience.
