I would strongly encourage any potential applicants to review the lowest rated job reviews on Glassdoor before applying. More details below. I applied online and received a link to schedule a zoom screening a couple days later. As others have stated, I was greeted on video by the interviewer, who then said she would be turning off her camera for the duration of the screening, while I had to keep my camera on. I was told she could not answer any questions about the job and that she was simply there to ask questions and that video of the call would be passed on to their hiring team. The questions themselves are not difficult; they seem to be fishing for charismatic individuals who are willing to learn and fit into their system. I was told that their salesmen can make more money than doctors and lawyers. I received an invitation to a full zoom interview, but after looking into the company more and reading Glassdoor reviews I withdrew my application. If you read the real reviews (you can clearly tell that most if not all the five star reviews are fake, with ridiculous praises such as "cons: hard to focus because it's too much fun"), you'll find that ex-employees describe the job as very deceptive; there are little to no benefits, salesmen are usually hired as independent contractors (and thus need to pay out of pocket for the entirety of social security tax, and the like), the pay is low, employees are required to be available at all times, even weekends and days off, a lack of work-life balance, and a toxic work environment where employees do not feel free to speak up or heard when they chose to speak up. This is a rookie company taking advantage of fresh meat on the job market.
