Lots of starting and stopping, But this could be explained as the physician recruitment was in transition during the process. A bit of confusion as I came in to interview for a position that I learned during the process were no longer open. For some reason I did check back. Perhaps the process will be smoother with new recruiter. I will say for me, it was not well organized and I seemed to do more of the communication between groups than the actual employees. It is not a good feeling to show up to an interview and realize the medical director for the clinic took the day off.
