Initial communication was slow. Finally connected after 3 weeks. Was overqualified for position, but wanted to use my agency experience to help wherever I could. Was told I'd hear back about other opportunities in the coming days, and after 4 weekly check ins to gently remind them I was waiting to hear something, anything, I have been ghosted since mid July. Completely disrespectful and u professional. If people don't value an applicants time, I can only imagine how they treat their employees. Dodged a bullet.
