Recruiter screening followed by 3 interview calls with the team and leadership. The recruiter was helpful, quick to respond, and overall one of the best I have worked with. The interviews were a disappointment and interviewers literally told me they were going off of a script that they needed to follow. It felt unpersonable and the convos were not engaging nor did the interviewer show interest other than marking checkmarks on their notes..
