Firstly, I got a mail from Quinnox talent acquisition for the job vacancy for inside sales. I had first call with the HR asked about my experience and later arranged my second level of interview with Director sales. Where the call took more than half en hour asked about my previous work experience and also about the account mapping .Later I received the email from director sales asking for the Data for the 6 companies. Accordingly i mapped the data for the given companies and sent across to him. I waited 2 days did not receive any call. so i followed up with the director asking did he received email. He said yes we are having some more rounds and the HR will get in touch. Again waited for 2 days did not receive any call or mail reached out no response and finally i got to speak to HR said your candidature rejected. Reason communication skill. If so at the first attempt they could have rejected . But the director sales asked to send data and misused my time and the innocence. The worst interviewer i ever had.
