Brief phone interview, then got scheduled for an on-site interview within the same week.
Received a tour of the company, and then once settled in began the interview process.
Scheduled to interview with three different people. Interview was very informative regarding the recruiting environment within the company and what my the position I was interviewing for required. Questions felt very broad and open-ended. Recruiting for this company is purely a sales position, so the interview felt much like an interview for a sales position where I had to really sell my qualities and convince them that I am the right candidate.

A thorough interview process that deep dives into your sales background, quota + attainment, sales cycle lengths, entrepreneurial spirit/ disposition, and thought processing. Beyond this, you will meet with various managers who will assess you for culture fit (they like hungry go-getters and people-persons who aren't afraid to pick up the phone)
Call with recruiter as a 1st step then had a video call with the manager who was hiring for the role. She then had me meet with one other manager as a final step before I received my offer!

Started with an interview with recruiter then an interview with hiring manager and one more interview with another manager to confirm culture fit. It was a pretty quick and easy process overall.
