Meeting with the Apex Systems prior to my Client interview. The person I meet with from Apex representing the client was very poorly and unprofessionally attired. Extremely low cut top, vain and a huge chip on their shoulder. The meeting was extremely boring and unnecessary.
After the client interview, Apex never called back with the interview outcome or client feedback. This is very unprofessional. Agencies always call to give interview outcome and client feedback. Again, extremely unprofessional.

The interview process for the Operational Risk role consisted of two rounds: one behavioral and one technical. Overall, it was a positive experience, but additional preparation is needed, particularly in the operational risk domain, to strengthen my understanding.

I can understand that things move fast in recruiting. That said, why reach out to begin with?
