Started with recruiter reaching out through LinkedIn, next was a phone interview she was nice, then Zoom interview with 3 of the office staff. During the zoom call they only asked me 3 questions 2 were behavioral. They said they would reach out the following week, never called back with results of interview.

Pretty quick interview proccess overall, didn't need to have an extensive amount of experience in sales to get role

How do you behave in competitve situations? Do you do well in these environments?
It was brief and informal - I enjoyed learning about the company and the recruiter was very kind. I politely declined the offer after two rounds because the base was too low
Pretty comfortable and more of a social conversation. It might have been my specific manager, but it seemed like he was looking more for a personality fit and had the strive to get the job done.
