Entrevista
3 interviews. 1 with a recruiter and 2 with hiring managers. 3 hours wasted. Basically was a waste of time. Dealt with two recruiters.
They send you the benefits package and even ask you what position you’d want after the interviews. It was the weirdest process I was ever put through. The job seems pretty pathetic for the amount of money they are giving. One of the hiring managers was a complete d face and acted like he was too good for people. It was definitely awkward and cringe. Glad I didn’t get the offer because I have no clue how people would even want to work for a self absorbed boy.
Two rounds. First with recruiter and then with the team. The team I met was insufferable. These people really thought they were gods or something. The whole job is just cold calling all day which is nothing special. One of them bragged about "meeting the CEO of Microsoft" and the other about how "all the account managers here are millionaires". It was like something out of the movie Boiler Room. "It's not about if your going to be a millionaire, it's about how many time over" -Ben Affleck. Terrible experience. Also, at the end of Boiler Room the whole company gets raided by the FBI...

Entrevista
one phone screen, one in-person interview. Not much detailing into the role, the training, and overall work-life balance. Day to day responsibilities or company in-office culture was not talked about at all or the support/team help with creating new business.

Entrevista
A very structured company with genuinely amazing people. I went through 3 rounds of interviews and had the chance to speak with the recruiter, the hiring manager, and a member of the leadership team. Every single person I spoke with was incredibly accommodating, respectful, and thoughtful throughout the process. It was a truly positive interview experience from start to finish. I decline because I could not commit to the start date and had an emergency which required me to travel outside the country. Also, the 10 days PTO in the first year did not work for me.
