Started with a 20-30 minute phone interview with someone from the corporate office. Was then invited in for an in person interview and shadowing of current recruiters in the field. The in person portion was phenomenal. Everyone was very positive and helpful throughout the process. There were two separate short interviews with two higher level employees and then an opportunity to shadow a recruiter and account manager to see what they do and be able to ask them questions. The process was not stressful or nerve-wracking whatsoever.

Pretty quick interview proccess overall, didn't need to have an extensive amount of experience in sales to get role

How do you behave in competitve situations? Do you do well in these environments?
It was brief and informal - I enjoyed learning about the company and the recruiter was very kind. I politely declined the offer after two rounds because the base was too low
Pretty comfortable and more of a social conversation. It might have been my specific manager, but it seemed like he was looking more for a personality fit and had the strive to get the job done.
