Recruiter found my resume online and contacted me about an opportunity. She was not prepared. She did not have my resume open and did not take the time to open it. I offered to reschedule the interview when she could have my resume, but she chose to continue and asked me to read my resume. I would not want this person/company representing me to a potential employer.
