Interview process was quick and effective. They want people who can interact with others. First was a phone interview and then a face to face interview with the manager of your desired location. It was basic and thorough. You have to be able to hold a conversation. This is a sales position and if you can't hold a conversation then you won't be good in sales. After the interview I got an offer a week later.

Pretty quick interview proccess overall, didn't need to have an extensive amount of experience in sales to get role

How do you behave in competitve situations? Do you do well in these environments?
It was brief and informal - I enjoyed learning about the company and the recruiter was very kind. I politely declined the offer after two rounds because the base was too low
Pretty comfortable and more of a social conversation. It might have been my specific manager, but it seemed like he was looking more for a personality fit and had the strive to get the job done.
