Horrible interview attitude. Learn to treat people well in interviews . 1. My interview with the HR was really great .She gave me a great insight about the role , had a fun conversation . However , the second round the marketing team member went horrible due to the way he treated me . 2. Whenever you record an interview , make sure you ask the permission from the interviewee before doing it . That was not done . I experienced one of the most rude behaviors- the interviewer showed no signs of interest all through the interview. He held a rude face , stopped me abruptly at 18th min while answering - said I am not a fit and disconnected the call without even waiting to hear my reply . He was so quick to leave. At least give opportunities for people to know about your company even if they don’t fit in. Give feedback about what they miss and how they can improve it and what are the opportunities to apply again . Be a source of contact to reach out in the future for networking referrals . I seriously doubt the work culture and pity those who work for people like this guy. God bless them .
