I had one phone screen, one in person interview, followed by a case study panel interview. The phone interview was approximately a half hour with standard boiler plate questions about my experiences and perspective on operations. The second interview was conducted by two individuals and dived more deeply into my experience as well as the job itself. We talked through different issues the company faces and how I would help solve those issues. The case study was based upon the business, a hypothetical scenario I could face in my role. It was really helpful to get a sense of the job from that process, it helped me decide if I would like to come into work each day, so I appreciated it.
