      I didn't apply for this role. They're the ones who reached out to me and asked if I was interested in chatting and learning more about the opportunity. We scheduled something over Skype. I thought it was odd that there was no confirmation even though I sent several emails asking for one. Stayed around and waited for someone to connect but nothing showed up. Double checked my emails just to make sure, but the info given was accurate. The person finally sent me an email saying I was confirmed....about an hour or two AFTER our scheduled time... Nobody showed up and I even sent an email to ask what happened and why they wasted my time. Still no answer. I guess that's just how they deal with everyone? I've never had an interviewer not show up and then not give me an answer as to why. I work in the industry and it looks like they need someone to show them some proper practice. This was a terrible experience and likely an indicator of how they treat employees and run the company. Try reading the company reviews from their "employees". Odd how all the positive reviews happen to pop up on the same day huh? Hmmm. ;-)

      Hi there, I apologize that you have had a negative experience with our company. This is not normally the case. We make it standard practice to confirm interview times both over the phone and by email. We also like to maintain contact with candidates to ensure that questions are answered, both before and after the interview. We try to ensure that the hiring process is as accommodating as possible, which is why we are open to Skype interviews and interviews after hours when many companies insist on interviews in person during business hours. I have spoken with those involved in the hiring process for the Recruitment Specialist role and it looks like there may have been some miscommunication and potential technical issues. Recently, we realized that outgoing emails on our email server are not being sent and it is something that we are working to have fixed as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this may have contributed to the perceived lack of response. As for our company reviews, they do not come up on the same day. Most of our staff have positive experiences with our company, which we love to hear, but as a company, we encourage staff to put up honest reviews as critical feedback is the only way to improve.
