The process started out with a well planned out agenda. Half a day of various tasks and meeting with different staff members. I was excited to be apart of the process but when it came time to actually get going. The people who were interviewing me were pretty unprepaired. Didn't really know much about design and we're actually pretty junior compared to me. So it was an uneven conversation. They had a junior designer come in to ask me questions and she had a major chip on her shoulder. Could tell she was use to working without any oversight. I was told after the full half day interview and many weeks later that they were totally not prepared to hire anyone until they figured out what they needed.
