The interview process consisted of 4 rounds - 1st round was an online assessment of around 40 mins with general questions based on logical and reasoning abilities, and english comprehension. The assignment was fairly easy. The 2nd round was another online assessment of 2 hours and focused on the actual job role, sample materials were provided beforehand for the preparation of the 2nd assessment, 3rd round was HR screening round of around 20 mins where general questions related to background and interests were asked and the last 4th round was an online interview with senior management from the company.

In the final round, multiple questions were asked (none related to the actual JD). I was asked questions like share your experience with persuasive writing, have you recently learnt any new AI tool, share your experience related to that.

Easy and basic questions regarding my personality and past experiences with my background. Along with briefing of the process and details about the position. Overall the questions were quite easy and lasted about 15 mins.
