Contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn. The phone screen was about me and my past experience. The questions were directed at sales experience and what drives me, typical box checking questions. There was a little time at the end to probe into the company.

I had an interview with one of their recruiters. Two more interviews were scheduled. With less than an hour before my second interview I was told the interviewer was no longer available and they would need to reschedule. A few minutes later I was told they had someone else to interview me. A few minutes later the interview was canceled again. I was told that person was also no longer available. The next day I received an email telling me that I was not a fit for the role. There seems to be little respect for the candidate’s time as I dedicated time to prep for this interview that never happened only to be rejected without getting the opportunity to complete the interview. I also think it is weird they set up the second and third interview and suddenly I am no longer a fit.
