Very invasive. You must jump through five flaming hoops to get a face to face interview. I was lucky to be hired by a genuine and nice manager who appreciated the questions I had for her during my phone interview. She quit a month after she hired me, and I found a better opportunity a few months later.

It was a fast interview with most questions being about customer service. They are aware you have no experience (for most people this is a first waxing job) so no questions were about that.
