Thank you for your feedback. We take all feedback seriously and will review as a team. As the person responsible for the first round being late to the interview is absolutely unacceptable, and for this I apologise profusely, no excuses for this. The rest, as I said, I will review with my team as we seek to continuously improve our communication throughout the process.
Regards interviews in general - there are 'typical' interviews, and there are 'culture' interviews, of which we do neither, we don't claim to be like any other company or follow a textbook.
We appreciate this doesn't suit everyone, and if 'vibe' was a word communicated I'll make sure this is removed from any of our communications in future.
We look for people who ideally have the skills and values that we believe makes them a 'Gold Medal Winner'.
Skills ARE important, but can be trained. Ones values are their values, EMJ have ours, we don't claim if yours are different they are wrong, we just seek alignment so that both the individual and EMJ are a match, helping us all be better versions of ourselves.
