I interviewed with HR, Team Leader and Laboratory Manager, each lasted about 45 minutes. The interview questions came from a SOP type document where they recorded my answers. Very nice people conducting the interviews. I was also shown the huge laboratory.

Interview was like speed dating, got 10 min with 5 different people. Surprisingly pleasant, got to meet most of the Group leaders in the department and out of the 5 of us that were at the interview they hired 3 of us for the department.

It was an awkward form of speed dating, where we were brought in as a group and then we were separated and the interviewers rotated through us. Each interviewer has a sheet with a different category of questions to ask each candidate.
