3 stage recruitment process + psychometrics. Recruitment process and decision making was very slow which can be understandable in times of COVID, but communication was not proactive. All interviewers were friendly and professional, but the process seemed restrained by rigid procedure unable to adapt.

First telephone inteview by Hays. Althourgh they said that the interview will last not more than 20 minutes, it was a 35 minutes telephone interview.Typical interview questions but they asked a lot of information about the company and the position and also a lot of behavioral questions.
