I had a phone screen and a first round interview with the Hiring Manager which I felt both went pretty well. It has been weeks since the interview and I haven't heard back with multiple follow ups sent to the Recruiter, and zero response. I just remembered there was a Workday portal where I saw my status is "No Longer Under Consideration". It would have been nice to receive a response or follow up from the recruiter but seeing the rest of the feedback here it sounds like ghosting is a norm for them.
