There was a phone interview that was situational and technical. Then the candidate is assigned homework. If that goes well then they speak with the hiring manager and finally the team. The homework assignment given had spelling errors and was not clear cut. I guess I made a mistake or submitted too much information. I was told I didn't make it to the next round. I asked for simple feedback moving forward and I was ignored by the recruiter. Luckily had another job offer in hand.
