Etsy was very fast and communicative throughout the interview process. There were normal phone screenings, one assignment, and final panel of interviewers. All the interviewers were really nice and easy to talk to. I would recommend having a lot of pre-prepped examples of hard times/problems you have undergone/ accomplished.
