- Contacted by recruiter via LinkedIn, very clear description of role given - Few days waiting for a response but arranged an initial call to discover more - Interviewer showed up 15 minutes late for a 30 minute call - Clearly reading off a page and was not prepared - When discussing salary, no range can be given for the role as they want candidates to give their range (Felt like they want to identify someone they can get for lower than they can actually offer) - Rejected this way of working and pulled out of the process
