The first phone interview is formalism. The recruiter had a list of questions and had to walk through them. The second round is with a HR and a hiring manager to have some behavioral questions and walk through my resume.

How do you manage multiple projects at one time? What is your skill level in PS, Illustrator, HTML, CSS, etc?
The process was quick, with one phone screen with a recruiter and one interview with the team and current intern. Everyone was friendly, transparent, and I had a really good experience overall.
