The interview process at Ethos consists of three stages. The first interview is with Talent Acquisition and focuses on your background, experience, and overall fit. The second interview is with an Associate, where the discussion goes deeper into your day to day experience, how you work on projects, and how you collaborate with others. The final stage is an interview with the Directors in Dublin, which is more strategic and big picture, covering leadership style, decision making, and alignment with the company’s values and direction.
