Sent in my resume. Scheduled a phone call for the initial interview and that lasted about 30 minutes. Very casual conversation with some basic questions about life experience and my future in the work force. My second interview was in-person with one of the VPs and was also casual conversation, but dug more into my Resume, job history, and where i see myself in the future. Initially the position wasn't ready, but i stayed in touch with the VP and was offered the position about 4 months later when it was available.

I had a phone screen that went very well for the strategic initiatives project manager role. I was told they were actually hiring for 3 project managers and based on my background and experience, which they said they loved, they wanted me to interview with all 3 hiring managers for all 3 positions. The interview was supposed to be on the following Monday (my phone screen was on a Thursday). She told me she needed to check their schedules and she would get back to me the same day or Friday morning. I never received an email so I reached out to confirm the interview and never heard back from them. Incredibly unprofessional to never get back to me confirming the interview, especially when they raved about my background and how it would be a perfect fit for 2 additional roles I didn’t even apply for.
