I had a really great experience interviewing for this role. The interview consisted of 4 rounds of conversations + a written assessment which seemed to be really long- but at the same time I felt really good about managemement being this considerate and thourough on whom they'd like to work with. Also understanding more of the management structure made me totally understand why it was neccessary. My recriutment contact person has been really nice and attentive, always made me feel secure in the sense that I understood really clearly what to prepare for, when, how, and what the potential next steps are. I could really feel that people involved in the interviewing process are interested in getting to know me and explore the potential of us being a good fit work-wise.
