I had an interview with the HR and the Marketing Manager. Other than the usual general questions, they asked some more specific and technical questions about marketing. They were all very nice and made me feel comfortable.

Straightforward. Applied online and contacted via email to set up interview. Took about 2 weeks after applying and then whole process took about 4 weeks to getting an offer. Met with HR first with basic question regarding availability and salary. Then met with hiring manager.
