They call in large groups of people each day and then try to sell them the position....It's door to door Verizon FiOS sales....they didn't go through the standard pitch with me because I kept it pretty cut and dry...there is absolutely no base pay, it's purely commission based, and given the weather in this area that's not enough incentive. They'll give pretty much anyone a job if they want it. On the plus side the people were nice and seemed like a friendly environment.
