The interview process was extremely draining, They called me 4 times to their office even though they knew I stayed in faridabad. On the very first day I had to wait for 3 hours and I was the only one interviewing. Second time they called me for a "technical round" which is basically their rude employees putting you down and making you feel like you don't know anything, despite knowing I was up for a junior position. I had gone for the post of Interior Designer they gave me a job for "CRM" which is their glorified word for project manager. They called me a 3rd time and just for a meeting of 5 minutes with their financial head. After which I had to wait for another 2 hours just to be told that you can go home!!! I mean why would you make me wait then??? After the salary discussion I told the HR, which I might add does not talk or reply to you in 1 business day, that I am not comfortable with being a project manager I would rather be hired as a jr. interior designer. So she called me AGAIN to their office and I had another interview for the same. After which they did not give me any revert for DAYS, DAYS people. and when I asked my messages where left on seen, Finally I called the HR and asked her what is the situation because my interview went pretty well, She said your application has been rejected by the management, I asked her what about the CRM post she said that's not available either. first of all have the curtesy to tell people to their face that you can't offer them a job, second, son't call them to your office which is in the middle of nowhere 4 time. and lastly, pls be considerate of other people as well.
