I was contacted by them after viewing my profile in a hiring website.
Then I entered 2 tests : IQ and English.
The technical test was easy.
The IQ also was OK.
The English test was medium (my English is not very good).
After that I was interviewed by one HR employee it was really nice.
There is a technical interview after that.

Received a ~30-minute call from HR. The hiring manager reached out a few days later to schedule another call where we discussed the technologies I have listed on my resume.
