I had a senior project manager interview with the recruiter, 45 mins on zoom. The job description has the salary range from 74k-150k, however on the call the recruiter said they're aiming for a range of 100k-110k and not willing to negotiate. The interview ended immediately. This is not only misleading and deceptive to candidates, speaks to how you'll be treated at the company, but also severely underpaid for a senior position.

HR recruiter off the bat informed me the annual salary offer for Sr Project Manager is $90,000 an year. This is way below the market rate.
