HR call followed by call with an experienced instructor. Another HR call and then a full day of interviews in Redlands with knowledge and skills tests. In addition to assessing experience, the interviews assess culture fit, which is very important for success on the Instructor team.
The interview was a combination of 1:1 interviews, small-group socializing, and practical skills evaluation. Thorough process considers technical and presentation abilities, with a range of people from across the department.
