Summer internship for 12 weeks got converted to a full time job. Work was very challenging though not the greatest job title or position. Had to go through 2 phone interviews for internship. For full time, in the last week of internship had a full day of interviews both technical and non-technical mostly with team members.

Very long, full day interviews; role play, and quite exhaustive. Potentially goes past 5 PM. May request the candidate to also engage in a mock customer call. The post interview feedback process can be long and drawn out (up to 4-5 weeks) so plan accordingly.
