Contacted first via email to answer some questionnaires. Then, selected candidates were contacted again for an interview. The interview was with four panels. They emailed us with the final decisions the day after the interview.
- 2 interviews (one with HR rep and second with manager in specific sector)
- Questions about why GIS, what you bring to the team, etc.
- Team-compatability questions and personality questions in 2nd interview

There were 3 interviews in total. They are curious to learn about what you know about GIS, who you are as a person, they ask a lot of the generic job questions asked in interviews, and some role specific questions as well.
