The interview process took a little over a month and included a phone screen, a Zoom interview, and two in-person interviews. Overall, I thought the process was thoughtful and gave me the opportunity to meet with several people across different levels of the organization. I appreciated being able to get a better sense of the team, the office environment, and the position through those conversations. My main frustration was that the full interview process and timeline were not clearly outlined at the beginning. Because of that, it was sometimes unclear what to expect next or how many steps were involved. More transparency upfront about the process would have made the experience feel more organized from the candidate perspective.
