The interview itself was structured in a good way. It started with an introduction round with the recruiter, a product owner and two SWEs. This was followed by the technical interview. What I did not like is that the recruiter told me that I will be informed about the result on the next day with a telephone call, but I never heard back.

Ca. 1 Woche nach Bewerbung musste Online Fragebogen ausgefüllt werden. Ca. 2 Wochen danach kam eine Absage per E-Mail ohne näherer Begründung. Im Bewerberportal konnte ich schon bevor ich die Absage erhalten habe sehen, dass mein Profil als "rejected" kategorisiert wurde. Das würde ich evtl. ändern
