Entrevista
Ericsson came to recruit in our college for the position of Network engineer.
First round was Aptitude test. Easy questions, no negative marking, comprised of english , aptitude and logical reasoning questions.
Second round was Technical . Being a student of Electronics and telecommunication background I was needed to brush up my Core knowledge. Questions were asked from mobile communication subject like drawing GSM network. Other questions were related to the training and internship that i did .
This round was a major elimination round. Most of the people were removed in this round.
For CS/IT students technical round was more of checking on their logical ability.
Last round was HR , it comprised of personal behavioral questions.

The interview process was smooth and comfortable. The questions were straightforward, focusing on my background and skills. The interviewer was friendly and made me feel at ease. Toward the end, they explained the company’s collaborative and inclusive culture, highlighting opportunities for learning and growth. Overall, it was a positive and engaging experience.
