My initial two interviews went great and were scheduled right after one another. After that I was scheduled for a panel interview and only one person showed up. Then I was sent a rejection letter. I ended up getting an offer and accepting from another company. Then a week later I was given a link to schedule another interview with Ericsson. I did it just to see and the interviewer basically told me Ericsson would give me no room to grow and to “keep my options open” if I take the job. After that they told me they were wanting to make an offer and asked what I’d need to accept. Last I heard an offer was coming my way soon. However it’s been 3 weeks. This process has taken a total of 3 months and felt very unprofessional and disorganized.
