Cumbersome process, one phone interview and two subsequent face-to-face interviews with the hiring manager and hr. The second interview was absolutely redundant. While the hiring manager's questions were pertinent and to the point, HR came with the standard "where do you see yourself in the next 5 years" questions, which drive me off the wall. The end result was an offer way below both my experience and required experience for the job, alas I had to respectfully decline.
