The process was quite simple, I had to introduce myself and speak at brief lengths about different technologies used in ericsson networks. This would include technologies and equipment related to 5G and radio networks.
The interview process was smooth and comfortable. The questions were straightforward, focusing on my background and skills. The interviewer was friendly and made me feel at ease. Toward the end, they explained the company’s collaborative and inclusive culture, highlighting opportunities for learning and growth. Overall, it was a positive and engaging experience.
