Entrevista
First round was very easy and interviewer was asking very basic stuffs. Second round, It was not very welcoming. Interviewer wasn't evaluating the skills instead was anticipating some explanation on terms and tools used in their project which wasn't part of the skill set or JD mentioned.
Questions were not too technical and interviewer was criticizing and passing his personal opinion on a candidate & his intention to switch job after staying in a company for 12 years. wasn't feel guilty for failing because I was not evaluated on the terms agreed upon. They shouldn't waste time of candidates if they have different expectation and JD should be very well written for the same.

Pregunta 1
Why are you switching job after 12 years? Aren't you feeling bad to miss the faces that you worked for 12 years? Are you just moving out for hike?
One micro service will call other micro service and await for it; the other micro service will call some other micro services to store the information in repository synchronously. In an on-premise environment, how will you achieve this?
