Applied through Ericsson job search online. I got a phone call two weeks I sent my application from a recruiter who asked me a few simple questions about my resume. After the phone screening I did two online tests that tested numerical abilities (math) and logical reasoning. After three weeks I got a mail that said that my score was above average and that I had been accepted for the next screening round, which was an on place interview in Stockholm, Sweden.

The interview was friendly and quick. Questions from the interview focused on relevant skills. Communication was clear, and the team was professional. Overall, a positive experience with a smooth process.

It was a very relaxed interview process. First round was a behavioral with HR, make sure to know the company and its history. Second round is with your manager, few technical but still was mostly behavioral.

Tell me about a challenge you faced while in college, and what did you do to overcome it?
There were 3 rounds. 1st was with HR, 2nd Virtual with some mix of technical and behavioural questions. 3rd was open ended technical questions that looked more like system design.
